Taking place on the 26th of January, the conference was not only a dynamic platform for Franchise owners to celebrate the success of the past year but also a source of inspiration to propel them towards new targets in the year to come.

Looking to the future

The joint leadership of David Glover and Lisa Fyfe, our CEOs of Caremark, set the stage with visionary messages, providing a glimpse into the future of home care. Renowned speakers, including Danny Stacey from Indeed and the seasoned Neil Eastwood, shared their expertise, guiding the audience on the intricacies of recruitment, retention, and fostering a positive company culture.

Danny Stacey’s session was a beacon of knowledge on improving recruitment strategies. His expertise within Indeed sheds light on the nuances of attracting the right talent to Caremark. This allowed Franchise owners to absorb invaluable insights and learn how to enhance recruitment practices.

CEO of Home Care Association, Director of Marketing, and more great speakers at conference.

We were privileged to host distinguished speakers who illuminated the event with their expertise. Jane Townson, CEO of the Home Care Association, engaged in a thought-provoking panel discussion alongside our very own Kirsty Jones, offering invaluable insights into the nuances of the home care industry. Tracey Underwood delivered a compelling presentation on cultivating effective leadership, a topic of utmost relevance to our Franchise owners navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship. The stage was then graced by our Director of Marketing, Emma Scholes, who not only shared illuminating insights into the dynamic realm of marketing but also unveiled the exciting announcement of a National Marketing Fund. This fund is poised to revolutionize our marketing strategies, equipping our Franchise owners with enhanced tools to elevate the Caremark brand.

A Tapestry of Events

From insightful talks to groundbreaking announcements, the conference was a tapestry of ideas and innovation. A notable highlight was the announcement of our collaboration with Eskuta, a strategic move aimed at encouraging more people to work in home care, assisting them with travel and reducing the time it takes, whilst still being eco-friendly.

Where Excellence Flourished

Beyond the professional insights, the conference transformed into a Gala Dinner, themed “A Night in Greece.” Against this backdrop, we were treated to performances by West End talents, creating a memorable experience within a captivating setting.
