Caremark has been recognised by organisations assessing the strength of our franchise model, by Franchise Owners sharing their experience confidentially and by customers and families reviewing the care delivered across our network.

BFA Gold Franchisor of the Year
In 2025, Caremark won Gold in the Franchisor of the Year, Established category at the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards, a title reserved for the very best franchisors in the UK and widely regarded as the highest honour in UK franchising.
The British Franchise Association’s annual awards recognise achievement across UK franchising. Winning the established category placed Caremark ahead of other mature franchise networks following an independent judging process.
Following our BFA Gold win, the British Franchise Association put Caremark forward to represent the UK. We are one of 14 franchise brands from across Europe competing in the European Franchisor of the Year category, with the result due to be announced in Brussels in September 2026.
In 2024, our East Riding office was awarded the Great British Franchisee Award, a recognition we are incredibly proud of.
Recognition based on what our Franchise Owners say
Caremark achieved Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction in 2026 following an independent and confidential survey conducted by WorkBuzz.
The survey gives Franchise Owners the opportunity to rate their experience across:
- Training and support
- The franchise system
- Culture and relationships
- Leadership
- Overall satisfaction
Five Star status is awarded to franchisors that achieve above industry average results across the areas assessed.
Ranked fifth in the Elite Franchise Top 100
Caremark was ranked fifth in the Elite Franchise Top 100 for 2026, rising from sixth place in the previous ranking.
The EF100 considers the wider franchise operation, including its growth, support, innovation, longevity and contribution to the franchise community.
At the 2026 EF100 Awards, Caremark also won the Natalia Shvarts QFP Community Builder of the Year award. This recognised the positive impact created within our franchise network and through the work Caremark offices do in their local communities..
Recognising the Dedication of our Franchise Owners
We take pride in recognising the exceptional efforts of our franchise owners through our own internal awards. Each year, during our Annual Conference, we come together to celebrate their remarkable achievements at an exciting awards ceremony.
This prestigious evening event features several categories, including Regional Winners, Social Media Winner, Business Growth Winner, and the coveted Franchise Owner of the Year. Winners are honoured on stage, receiving well-deserved recognition from the entire network, along with the chance to take home an exciting reward!
Caremark’s franchise owners have also been recognised externally for their outstanding performance and impact. In 2026, Caremark was named a Top 20 Large and Mid-Size Home Care Group by homecare.co.uk, with 10 offices named in the regional Top 20 Home Care Provider lists for 2026.
Celebrating The Incredibles
The Incredibles Awards recognise ten exceptional Care Assistants from across the UK each year. The winners are celebrated at a special ceremony held at Fortnum & Mason in London.
The awards highlight outstanding performance in home care, celebrating Caremark Care Assistants who go above and beyond in their role. Each winner is selected for the real difference they make to the people they support and their local community, as well as the consistently high standards, compassion and dedication they demonstrate in their day-to-day care work.
