Caremark’s Franchise Satisfaction Score for 2026 is 5 stars. This is further proof that we are building a network franchise owners believe in. Once again, strengthening our position as a top UK franchise.

5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction is awarded to franchisors that achieve above industry average scores across key parts of the franchise experience.

The survey sits within the wider Best Franchise Award. It is designed to bring more transparency to franchising, making it easier for prospective franchise owners to spot brands that genuinely stand out.
How the WorkBuzz survey works
The WorkBuzz survey used for the Best Franchise Awards programme is completed online by franchisees and is confidential. Franchise owners rate their franchisor based on their real experience across the five areas above.
To be considered for 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction, there are clear conditions around participation. For example:
- The franchisor must operate with at least 10 UK franchisees
- It must achieve a response rate of at least 60%
- If the franchisor has 10 to 19 franchisees, it must still meet the 60% threshold and provide a minimum of 10 responses
- To maintain a 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status, franchisors are required to resurvey annually
- WorkBuzz reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the award is given
In other words, this is not an accolade you can simply buy!
