Leadership and Management Coach joins the Ops team

As part of our continual development of the Franchise Owner support to grow and develop your businesses, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a Leadership and Management Coach which is a new role that sits within the Operations Team. Whilst our business development support is in place within the RSM team, this role compliments the development and growth of the businesses with a clear focus on the creation of culture, leadership and management of businesses so you can achieve your goals.

Who is Caremark’s new leadership and management coach?

We are delighted to announce that Tracey Underwood has been recruited for this role, many of you will know Tracey as she was previously a Caremark RSM for Region 5. Previous to Caremark and since leaving our business she has worked within Senior Talent and Development roles which focussed on business and leadership coaching, people management, mentoring, and business improvement strategies to great success. Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this new role to design a programme to support Franchise Owners in key areas for growth, we know that building the right culture within our businesses is critical to the success of recruitment and retention of staff and the overall success of the business.
