Results coincide with exceptional feedback from the company’s annual conference

Following its most successful annual conference to date, Caremark, a leading home care provider in the UK, is pleased to announce the results of a recent survey of its franchise owners. It demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to its network.

Within the most recent WorkBuzz survey, which monitors training and support, the franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards, and general satisfaction, Caremark increased its Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Score by 10% YOY.  

The company’s initial induction programme gained an impressive approval rating of 90%, reflecting the company’s dedication to providing comprehensive and effective training for new franchise owners. Additionally, 88% of franchise owners stated how they trust the senior leadership team – 17% above the industry benchmark.

These outstanding results have led to 98% of franchisees surveyed expressing interest in expanding their business with Caremark. This is testament to the company’s ability to provide valuable support and resources to help franchise owners grow their business. Furthermore, 72% of respondents stated that they would recommend the Caremark franchise to other prospective franchisees, indicating high satisfaction and confidence in the company.

Talking about the success of networking for franchise owners at the Caremark annual conference, David added:

We also hosted panel discussions where existing Caremark franchise owners took to the stage to discuss key business topics and to share their experiences.  Most importantly though, the conference provided an excellent platform for owners to connect and network with each other, share knowledge, and gain insight into the company’s plans.

The post conference survey showed that the event overall gained an outstanding rating of 9.3 with comments such as ‘The day was thoroughly enjoyable with great opportunities to network.  Well worth the time out of the business to attend’ and ‘It’s reassuring that the CEOs have a clear agenda to grow’ and ‘I felt very privileged to be part of the event.’
