Caremark celebrates 20 years with 20 acts of care. This is a care franchise opportunity with impact

We talk a lot about Caremark being The REAL Care Company. But what does that actually mean?

It means care that doesn’t stop at the front door of a customer’s home. It means Franchise Owners, support teams, and care staff stepping up for their communities, not because they have to, but because they want to.

Chances are, if you’re searching for a care franchise opportunity, you’re looking for more than just a profitable business. You want to build something meaningful that helps people and gives back.

At Caremark, that’s exactly what you’ll find.

Celebrating 20 Years of Giving Back

To mark 20 years of delivering care in communities across the UK, we launched a campaign called 20 Acts of Care. From May to June, our franchise network and Support Centre staff carried out acts of kindness to support charities, local organisations, and people in need.

It was a powerful reminder of what Caremark stands for: people-first leadership, community spirit, and care that goes far beyond the day job.

Here’s what some of those acts looked like…

1. £1692 Raised for Care for Veterans

The team at the Franchise Support Centre came together on a windy morning to either run or walk 20km along the West Sussex coast. Together they helped raise funds for Care for Veterans – an organisation providing residential and rehabilitation support to ex-service personnel.

2. £1,638 raised for the Forget Me Not Café

Regional Support Manager Leigh Wallace ran her own 20km in support of a Forget Me Not Café, who offer safe, social spaces for people living with dementia and their carers.

3. 300kg of Essentials Donated to Families in Crisis

Franchise offices turned their hubs into donation stations, collecting food, toiletries, and supplies for families struggling with the cost of living.

4. 30 Hours Spent Painting and Gardening at Care for Veterans

Franchise Support Centre staff rolled up their sleeves to help refresh garden areas and brighten up living spaces for residents and visitors.

5. Created a Wellbeing Hub

Franchise Support Centre staff got chatting, dancing and taught some low-intensity fitness activities with the members of Care for Veterans.

6. Stitched a Memory Quilt

Caremark Spelthorne & Runnymede created a hand-stitched quilt from a customer’s late husband’s belongings.

7. Planted 20 New Shrubs & Flowers

Caremark Wokingham & Bracknell, in partnership with Crowthorne Council, helped brighten up public spaces and boost community wellbeing.

8.Donated Clothes to Local Charities

Five large bags of clothes were donated by Caremark Hull & East Riding to shelters and local organisations helping people start again.

9. Deep Cleaning a Home in Need

Two Care Assistants from Caremark Chiltern & Three Rivers volunteered to clean a vulnerable customer’s home top to bottom, restoring pride, safety, and comfort.

10. Countless Office Teas Made

Office teams regularly made each other a hot drink, because care starts with your colleagues, too.

11. Delivered 20 Flower Posies at a Community Lunch

Caremark St Helens spread joy at a local event, giving out handmade posies for every guest.

12. Giving Blood, Giving Back

A Care Coordinator from Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield rolled up their sleeve to donate blood, showing that care can be quiet, generous, and lifesaving.

And there was so much more…

Because at Caremark, care never stops.
