Canine Partnerss

Introduction

At Caremark, our dedication to fostering independence and improving the lives of those who choose to remain at home is our mission. This commitment is exemplified through our partnership with Canine Partners, a remarkable charity specialising in training assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities.

Why Canine Partners

Our decision to stand alongside Canine Partners is deeply rooted in the shared objective of empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives within the comfort of their homes. The transformative impact of assistance dogs, providing companionship, support, and newfound freedom, resonates with our mission at Caremark. By partnering with Canine Partners, we extend our reach beyond conventional home care, contributing to a cause that aligns seamlessly with our commitment to enhancing the well-being of those in need.

Supporting Canine Partners in 2023

We Donated £10,000 – In 2023, Caremark reaffirmed its commitment to Canine Partners through various initiatives. A cornerstone of our support was the annual £10,000 donation, a financial contribution aimed at furthering the training and development of assistance dogs.

Volunteering at their annual Carol Service

During Christmas, Canine Partners host an Annual Carol Service at Arundel Cathedral. Some of our Franchise Support Centre went to the event to help with the running of the service, helping sell the merchandise and even joining in on the odd song from time to time.

Bucket collections in Chichester

To boost awareness and funds, some of our support centre staff hit the streets of Chichester! The day revolved around engaging with passing shoppers and sharing insights into the incredible work done by Canine Partners.

Network Involvement

The Caremark network went above and beyond in supporting Caine Partners, with franchise owners actively participating in the fundraising efforts. A notable example is, Franchise Owner Michael George from Caremark Chelmsford, who exemplified our core values by raising an impressive £1000 from his office. His personal initiative not only showcased the passion within our network but also highlighted the individual commitment of each franchise owner to contribute towards the greater good.

Utilising Carebark to raise exposure and money!

As a delightful component of our entertaining Carebark campaign, we invited all our followers to join in by emailing or sharing pictures of their furry friends. For every photo received, we pledged a donation of £1 to Canine Partners.

Conclusion

Caremark’s partnership with Caine Partners exemplifies our dedication to making a positive impact beyond the realms of traditional care. By supporting a charity that aligns with our mission to empower individuals who require support, we transcend the boundaries of home care to contribute to a cause that resonates with our values. The success of our 2023 initiatives, from the annual donation to the grassroots efforts in Chichester and the remarkable contributions of franchise owners like Michael George, showcases the collective strength of Caremark in championing causes that promote independence, well-being, and the pursuit of a more inclusive and compassionate society.
