Caremark Kirklees is celebrating after being named among the top-rated home care services in Yorkshire & The Humber for the fifth year in a row. We did this with a perfect review score of ten out of ten.
We have once again received a Top 20 recommended provider award in the homecare.co.uk Top 20 Home Care Awards 2026. This accolade is based on reviews from its customer, their families and friends.
The family-run team, based at Brooke’s Mill in Armitage Bridge, supports people across Huddersfield and the wider Kirklees area. This includes the Colne Valley, Holmfirth, Mirfield, Dewsbury and Batley.

Our care assistants help people remain at home through visiting care, live-in care, overnight support, companionship, respite care, dementia care and palliative care. They also support people with a range of health and social care needs.
The latest recognition follows a series of positive reviews on homecare.co.uk. Customers and relatives praised the Kirklees team for being kind, reliable, professional and respectful.
People are asked to score on five categories – staff, care & support, management, treated with dignity and value for money. They also leave comments about the company and its care.
Among the comments, one reviewer said they “love all my carers” and that the support makes “a massive impact” on daily life. Another described the service as “worth every penny”. Meanwhile, others said they would recommend Caremark Kirklees to family and friends looking for care.
Five consecutive years of awards
