Caremark Greenwich Quarterly Round-Up – Q3 2026
Welcome to the Caremark Greenwich Quarterly Round-Up – Q3 2026. As we reflect on the third quarter, we are pleased to share some highlights. These include community initiatives and developments that have shaped our service between July and September.
At Caremark Greenwich, our commitment remains firmly centred on delivering compassionate, reliable and person-centred home care. Every day, our care assistants work hard to make a meaningful difference to the lives of customers and their families. They help people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
This quarter, we have continued to strengthen our connections with the local community, support meaningful initiatives and invest in the relationships that make our service special. For example, we celebrated local heritage and recognised the importance of companionship and community involvement. Q3 has been another opportunity to reflect on what makes home care so important.

Top Highlights from Q3 2026

Supporting Our Local Community – Eltham Bowls Club Celebrates 120 Years
One of our community highlights this quarter was supporting Eltham Bowls Club as it celebrated its remarkable 120th anniversary.
With 120 years of local history, Eltham Bowls Club represents an important part of the community. It brings people together through friendship, social interaction and shared interests. We were delighted to contribute towards its anniversary celebrations through our sponsorship.
At Caremark Greenwich, we recognise that good care extends beyond practical assistance at home. In addition, being part of a community, maintaining friendships and having opportunities to socialise can all play an important role in supporting people’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
We are proud to support local organisations that help bring people together, promote social inclusion and create opportunities for people of all ages to remain active and connected.
Continuing Our Commitment to Person-Centred Home Care
Throughout Q3, our focus has remained on delivering care that recognises each customer as an individual.
We understand that everyone has different needs, preferences, routines and aspirations. For some, this may mean receiving assistance with personal care and everyday activities. For others, it may involve companionship, help around the home, support with accessing the community or more specialist care.
Our approach is built around understanding what matters most to each customer. We work closely with families and relevant professionals to provide appropriate, personalised support.
Whether we are supporting someone for a short daily visit or providing more comprehensive assistance, our aim remains the same. We help people live as independently and comfortably as possible in the place they call home.
Recognising the People Behind Our Care
Our care assistants are at the heart of everything we do.
Their dedication, kindness and professionalism make a genuine difference to customers and their families. For instance, the reassurance of a familiar face during a morning visit or the companionship offered during an afternoon call are important. It is often the everyday interactions that mean the most.
We continue to place importance on recruitment, training, development and ongoing support. This ensures our team has the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to deliver high-quality care.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone within our Greenwich team for their continued hard work and commitment.
The Importance of Companionship and Community Connections
As people get older or experience changes in their health and mobility, staying socially connected can sometimes become more challenging.
Companionship is therefore an important part of the support we provide. A friendly conversation, enjoying a favourite activity, going for a walk or helping someone attend a local appointment can make a significant difference to their day.
We believe that home care should never be limited to completing daily tasks. Moreover, it should be about building meaningful relationships, encouraging independence and supporting people to continue enjoying the things that matter to them.
Our companionship and community access services remain an important part of helping customers maintain their confidence, interests and connections.
Looking Ahead to Q4 2026
As we move into the final quarter of 2026, we remain focused on building upon the progress made throughout the year.
We look forward to continuing our work across Greenwich and Bexley. Additionally, we will develop our relationships with local organisations, support our care team and reach more individuals and families who may benefit from our services.
We would also like to thank our customers, their families, our care assistants and the wider community for their continued trust and support.
Every visit, conversation and act of kindness contributes to our shared purpose of making a positive difference to people’s lives.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
From everyone at Caremark Greenwich, we look forward to sharing more news, achievements and community highlights in the next quarterly round-up
