Meet The Greenwich Team
Sukhvir Gill
Managing Director
Before setting up the Greenwich office, Sukhvir has worked in financial services carrying out various analytical and accountancy based roles. Through many years of working in finance, Sukhvir felt that there was something missing and that there was opportunity to provide support and social care to the highest standard.
He is committed to providing a safe and excellent standard of care and support to enable people live independently in their own homes.
Before Caremark, Sukhvir holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Accountancy & Finance, which led to becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).
Fun Fact: Sukhvir holds a black belt in Kickboxing and has competed across the UK. This stretches to teaching adults and kids and holds a instructor’s certificate.
James Principe
Registered Care Manager
For 20 years James has worked in the Health and Social Care sector. He started his career with no experience and began his journey as a support worker for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. After years of supporting service users on a 1 to 1 level, James developed managerial and training skills to be able to offer direct support to staff teams, as well, in order for them to provide a high-quality service. Whilst managing a team at a Deputy level, James also trained as an NVQ assessor in Health and Social care to support the learning and development of staff members. This helped him realise his passion for leading teams and helping staff reach their full professional potential, which led him to move up into the role of a care manager.
James’ most recent achievement was supporting a registered manager to help bring her company’s CQC ratings up to prevent the loss of registration and dissolving of the business, thus protecting jobs, as well as choice for the service users who have chosen to stay with the said company, due to their bespoke support and friendly staff.
As James believes that personal growth and development brings out the best qualities in individuals and helps them achieve their goals in life, he is also currently studying Level 7 in Senior Leadership to hone his knowledge and skills around business development and organisational structure and culture of running a successful company.
Fun fact: James initially wanted to become a freelance artist, and he even obtained a diploma in Graphic Design from Camberwell College of Art and Design in his teens. Even though it turned out not to be a career he pursued, he kept it up as a hobby and still enjoys painting in his free time.
