Michael brings over 35 years of operational leadership experience, having successfully driven performance and operational excellence across sectors including Merchanting, Fleet/Automotive, Retail, and Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has led large, multi-site operations, overseen major business transformations, and consistently improved both profitability and employee engagement.
As Caremark’s Director of Operations, Michael oversees network-wide operational standards and performance, working closely with franchise offices and the Franchise Support Centre to drive efficiency and growth.
