Strengthening Our Marketing Team: Welcoming Two New Roles

At Caremark, we’re always striving to grow, evolve, and stay ahead in an ever-changing market. Therefore, we’re thrilled to announce two exciting new roles in our Marketing team within our Franchise Support Centre.
The addition of these two positions marks a key milestone in our ongoing commitment to improving our marketing efforts and better supporting our franchise owners now and in the future.
Here’s a closer look at the new roles and how they’ll contribute to the team’s overall success.
Local Marketing Manager
Since the successful launch of the National Marketing Fund in September, we noticed our franchise owners needed some more support with aligning their local marketing efforts in order to maximise the national campaigns.

Amelia McEwen, who joined Caremark in 2022 as Digital Marketing Coordinator has stepped up to the challenge in a well-deserved promotion to Local Marketing Manager. This role will see her working closely with franchise owners and regional support managers, to ensure that local marketing efforts are aligned to business objectives.
Digital Marketing Manager
Essential to scaling our presence online, our newly created position of Digital Marketing Manager will focus on SEO, website management and content optimisation.

Welcoming Nuno Costa to our team will help us grow our network’s online audience and improve conversion rates by providing vital support to our franchise owners. His technical skills and analytical mindset will allow us to take a more targeted, data-driven approach to digital marketing, ensuring that we remain competitive in the fast-paced digital world.
With these two new roles in place, we’re building a Marketing team that is more versatile, agile, and capable of executing high-impact campaigns. By bringing on professionals with specialised skills we’re positioning ourselves to better adapt to the changing needs of the market and continue delivering value to our franchise owners.
