Celebrating Excellence in Care with Caremark’s ‘The Incredibles.’
In a truly heartwarming celebration of dedication and compassion, we at Caremark, a leading franchise company in the home care industry, recently hosted an extraordinary event titled “The Incredibles.” This gathering brought together our extensive Caremark network, in a celebration of our most ‘Incredible’ Care Assistants. From more than 5000 care assistants, we selected just ten of the very best via nomination process.
A Remarkable Recognition: The Incredibles Unveiled
The Incredibles was a special day dedicated to honouring the outstanding contributions of our incredible care assistants.
For fair and rounded judgment, all nominations for being an Incredible Care assistant were sent to the Franchise Support Centre Senior Management team to read and create a shortlist. This shortlist was then reviewed further by our joint CEO’s David Glover and Lisa Fyfe who then made the final decision on the 10 finalists. The high level of participation made the selection of the ten finalists a challenging, yet rewarding task.
Why The Incredibles?
The primary goal of “The Incredibles” was to acknowledge and celebrate the exceptional care provided by our dedicated care assistants. We wanted to recognise those that go above and beyond for our customers. Quality of care and improving lives is our mission and our ten finalists absolutely go out of their way to do so much more than their day job requires. Their compassion and absolute dedication to improving the lives of those in their care is truly heart-warming and inspirational. By involving everyone in our network in the nomination and voting process, the event fostered a sense of community and appreciation. It underscored the crucial role that care assistants play in enhancing the lives of those they serve.

Our chosen finalists, accompanied by their franchise owners or care managers, were treated to a truly memorable experience at the prestigious Fortnum and Mason. This iconic venue provided an elegant backdrop for the event, adding an extra layer of prestige to our celebration.
As finalists and their companions stepped into the regal ambience of Fortnum and Mason, the atmosphere set the stage for genuine connections. The event was not only a celebration of outstanding care but also a platform for care assistants and franchise owners to network, exchanging experiences and insights.
