Caremark care week

Our Joint CEO, David Glover was asked to talk at UK Care Week on how Technology can aid Retention and Recruitment in the care industry. 

In his talk, David shared many solutions that are available on the market today, but specifically spoke about Caremark’s use of Connecteam. 

Connecteam is an employee engagement app that allows us to stay engaged with our thousands of Care Assistants all over the country.  It also houses all required training for our Care Assistants, which means keeping up to date with training and knowledge is a quick and easy process.  Our Franchise Owners benefit from Connecteam too as it enables easy communication with their teams, encourages team chat and sharing of relevant information in an easy and transparent way. 

UK Care Week took place in Birmingham NEC and welcomed people already working in the care sector or those that are interested to, to come together and share best practice, to address the challenges facing the sector and to celebrate successes. 

We are sure that David’s talk at this great event has gone onto to help others think about how technological advances can aid with retention and recruitment.
