One such development is our groundbreaking collaboration with E-Skuta, a leading provider of electric scooters.

Empowering Franchise Owners and Care Assistants

This partnership is all about empowering both our franchise owners and the dedicated care assistants they work with. We understand that some care assistants may not hold driver’s licenses, or they might live in rural areas where public transportation is limited. This creates challenges.

The Caremark-E-Skuta collaboration tackles these challenges head-on. By offering E-Skuta access to our franchise owners, we’re providing care assistants with a reliable, eco-friendly mode of transportation.

Our collaboration with E-Skuta exemplifies our dedication to fostering out-of-the-box thinking. We’re constantly seeking new and innovative solutions to empower our franchise owners and the incredible care assistants they work with. By providing access to E-Skutas, we’re equipping them with the tools they need to deliver exceptional care while remaining environmentally conscious.

But that’s not all! To further enhance the impact of this collaboration, the E-Skutas will be proudly branded with Caremark’s colours. This not only fosters a sense of community and pride among our franchise owners and care assistants, but it also serves as a powerful marketing tool. As these E-Skutas zip around town, they’ll raise awareness of the Caremark brand and the vital services we provide, allowing us to reach a wider audience and make an even greater positive impact in the communities we serve.

When nearly a third of the adult population does not have access to a personal car1 and 18.5% of unemployed people in England turn down a job or decide not to apply because of transport-related problems, this eBike initiative provides the chance to employ from a much wider candidate pool. Not only this but it also encourages care assistants to join Caremark too, especially if they do not hold a UK driver’s licence.

Our care assistants need to visit multiple customers in their own homes daily. Therefore, a reliable method of transport is essential to uphold our high standard of care. The Eskuta eBike has great safety features, is incredibly efficient and a sustainable alternative to a car. With no licence required, it’s a real gamechanger for jobseekers lacking personal transport and is a cheaper and greener alternative for car users.

Featuring our branding, the eBike looks fantastic and boosts Caremark’s green credentials which is crucial for securing contracts with local authorities. It rides well, and cost-wise, it’s at the right price point for our franchise owners. They can purchase the vehicles outright, pay monthly or extend the subscription to staff, so there are a lot of options for recruitment incentives.

We’re excited about the opportunities the eBike presents for people who have the qualities to make great care assistants but may have been held back by vehicle or licence limitations. Franchisees nationwide have seen the value of the eBike and I’m pleased to say there are a lot of orders being placed across the UK.
