Caremark (Newcastle) wins contract with Northumberland County Council
The Caremark (Newcastle) team beat competition from other home care providers to win a contract with the local councilCaremark (Newcastle)
have won a notable contract with their local authority to provide care and support to older people living in the area of Northumberland County Council.
Following an extensive audit from Northumberland County Council, Caremark (Newcastle) were advised earlier this week they have been accepted onto the County Council's provider list for Spot Contract work for the next couple of years. This will see Caremark (Newcastle)'s quality home care service being delivered to people living in south Northumberland, where the majority of the care provider's care workers already live, making delivery of the service more streamlined and efficient.
The home care company are already well known for their high quality service in supporting older people to lead safe and independent lives at home, with external validation coming through a member of their care team being a finalist in the Great British Care Awards 2014. Clients are supported to achieve outcomes and personal goals both at home and in the community, as well as continue with hobbies and leisure activities, improving an individual's overall quality of life.
