Emma Winspear (Redcar & Cleveland)
Emma is a really valued member of the team and loved by all the clients she visits, who describe her as being ‘happy, bubbly and caring’. She is always prompt for her calls, complies with all Caremark’s policies and procedures and informs her Field Care Supervisor or the office of any issues, as they occur.
Emma's reliability is fantastic. In addition, she regularly picks up calls outside her availability and works five late evenings a week.
Her clients feel very happy with the care they receive from Emma as she knows their needs very well. If there are any problems, Emma is very good at communicating her concerns swiftly and clearly to her Supervisor or to the office.
In double up calls, Emma will often take the lead, particularly where a new carer is still gaining experience. She provides caring reassurance to others and is a great support, especially to her Supervisor, offering assistance in times of pressure.
One client recently commented: "Emma is a little treasure who always goes the extra mile. She never leaves a call without checking everything is done and she is always smiling and singing; nothing is too much trouble. She really does care."
