As one of our young clients prepares to transition to school in September, the nursery she attends have shared some wonderful feedback about the support she receives from Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield. We are proud to share this feedback here.

As ‘L’ prepares to leave our school and begin the next stage of her journey, I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional support you have provided over the past 18 months.

Your guidance, expertise, and encouragement have been invaluable. You have supported and coached our staff through medical procedures, helping them build both their knowledge and confidence. Your reassuring presence and willingness to answer questions have made a tremendous difference to everyone involved in L’s care and education.

You have become an integral part of our school community

Beyond your professional role, you have become an integral part of our school community. It has been wonderful to see you embrace school life, joining in with the singing, dancing, celebrations and daily activities that make our school such a special place. Your warmth, enthusiasm and genuine care have been appreciated by staff and pupils alike.

Throughout your time with us, you have demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, compassion and dedication. It has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside you, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact you have had on both L and our school community.

We would also like to thank you for something beyond the support you have provided to L. Through working alongside you, we have been given a glimpse into the incredible work of the care sector. The compassion, skill, patience and commitment that you bring to your roles every day is truly remarkable. Too often, care professionals are the unsung heroes, quietly making an enormous difference to the lives of children and families. Having had the privilege of working so closely with you, we have seen first-hand the profound impact of your work and the difference it makes. We have learned so much from you and have developed an even greater appreciation for the vital role you play.

While we know that L will continue to benefit from your wonderful support as she moves on, we will certainly miss having you as part of our daily school life. Thank you for everything you have done to help L thrive and for the confidence, reassurance and expertise you have shared with our team along the way.
