Trever joins our team as our Independent Resolution Officer

We are delighted to welcome Trevor Ravenscroft to our organisation- he joins us as an Independent Resolution Officer. Trevor joins us from a strong customer service background, having worked across several blue chip organisations we believe he is an excellent candidate to help ensure we are proactively and consistently driving improvement within our service. Trevor said ‘I have been very impressed with the incredible levels of support and care provided by Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield and the efforts the team go to in order to provide tailored support to their customers- I am excited to work with them and add value to their amazing service’.
