Our 7th year running supporting Dodworth Miners Welfare U15s
This new year marks our seventh year of sponsoring Dodworth Miners Welfare U15s! They are a local, grass roots football team based in the village⚽
We’ve been really pleased to support them over the last seven years and have loved watching the team grow and expand throughout this time. They’re situated in the heart of their community and have had a hugely positive impact on the local area. We’re thrilled to be a small part of that!
As the winter temperatures drop, we were pleased to see the team issued with their warm winter coats this week, proudly showing the club’s crest- and our Caremark logo!
Dodworth Miners Welfare is the heartbeat of the local area, offering a range of activities and events for children, young people and adults. They are home to numerous football teams for people of different ages, providing a supportive and inclusive environment. We are huge advocates for the U15 team, which gives children a brilliant opportunity to access the community and have fun with their friends, all whilst keeping fit and exercising!
Our service supports clients to get involved in community activities, and enjoy time outside of the home. In the past, we have helped the Children & Young People we support to attend parties, go on holidays, visit and tend to our local allotment, attend the gym… and much more! Inclusion within the community can have a huge impact on quality of life.
We are thrilled to continue supporting the U15s team this year, and hope they go ahead and win plenty of games in 2024!
