Always wanted to visit some of the top attractions of Greenwich, but find it difficult to plan or get around on your own?

Our friendly and supportive team can not only help by offering advice on some of the many sites to visit or places of interest to see locally, but also provide one of our smiley and sociable care assistants to give companionship.

It’s understandable that families are busy with work or children, and making time to go out with their loved ones is almost impossible. And when they do have time, it’s usually on the weekends when places are crowded and sometimes hard to plan.

Our care assistants are always available on those less favourable days and even on the weekends to get out and about on those hectic days, too. With such great public transport connections, you can travel in around Greenwich with ease, or straight into central London for all the amazing galleries, sites and experiences, to spending a day on  beautiful Kentish beaches just an hour travel away.

Having difficulties traveling safely to places, or figuring out the best ways to travel?

Our care assistants are happy to help plan the best and easiest routes to travel, along with working with you or your loved ones at the times most suitable to them.

Maybe you wanted to try walking one part of the Green Chain walks in Greenwich but no one you know wants to try these out?

Not a problem, give us a call and we will find from one of our great team with similar interests that not only loves being out and about, but can make the day even more fun.

Stretching from the River Thames to Nunhead Cemetery, the Green Chain Walk spans fields, parks and woodlands.

Sights together we see along our way:

  • The 18th century Gothic folly of Severndroog Castle
  • The Art Deco glamour of Eltham Palace
  • Birdwatching at Southmere, among the boats and fishermen
  • Numerous parks, including Plumstead common and Oxleas Woods
  • The wildlife and dinosaurs of Crystal Palace Park
  • The Horniman Museum and Gardens
  • The Thames Barrier

Or even just getting out in your local area and seeing what makes Greenwich the most beautiful and interesting place to live in London?

Royal Borough of Greenwich website offers walking maps specific to your area, check it out and get in touch, so one of our cheery staff can accompany you on one of these walks, where you can have a lovely chat, stop for a tea and a bite to eat, even that cheeky slice of cake (why not? 😉). You can bring the dog along for a good bit of exercise, too.
