Caremark Shortlisted for Three Elite Franchise Awards at the EF100 Finals 2026

Caremark is starting 2026 with strong recognition from the Elite Franchise awards. Alongside being ranked 5th in the Elite Franchise Top 100 for 2026, Caremark has been shortlisted for three national Elite Franchise awards. The winners will be announced at the EF100 finals on 12 March 2026.
The shortlists form part of the EF100 Additional Awards 2026. They recognise strong performance, innovation and contribution across the UK franchise sector. Being named a finalist in three categories is independent recognition of how Caremark supports its franchise owners, delivers quality care and contributes to the wider franchise community.
What are the Elite Franchise Awards?
The Elite Franchise awards sit within the wider EF100 programme. Each year, the programme ranks and recognises the top-performing franchise brands in the UK.
Alongside the Top 100 ranking, additional franchise awards are presented to brands that stand out in specific areas. These include innovation, performance and contribution to the franchise community.
Shortlists are published in advance, with winners announced at the EF100 finals. These awards are respected across franchising because they focus on evidence. Judges look at business performance, franchise owner support, leadership and how well a brand delivers over time.
The Elite Franchise awards Caremark has been shortlisted for
BusinessesForSale.com Innovation of the Year
Caremark has been shortlisted for BusinessesForSale.com Innovation of the Year. This award recognises new and effective ways of supporting franchise owners to build strong and sustainable care businesses.
Innovation at Caremark focuses on practical results. One clear example is the introduction and growth of the National Marketing Fund. The fund is designed to build the Caremark brand while also generating direct enquiries for local offices.
In its first 12 months, the fund generated over 10,000 leads, delivered 35.5 million impressions, and increased customer enquiries by 188%.
Caremark has also invested heavily in technology to improve efficiency and compliance. This includes a £1 million partnership with Access Care Compliance, giving franchise owners access to advanced care planning, rostering and AI-supported assessment tools. These systems reduce risk, save time and allow care teams to focus on delivering quality care.
Innovation also extends to onboarding and growth. New roles such as a dedicated Onboarding Manager and Director of Technology help ensure franchise owners are supported from setup through to scale, with clear plans for their first 12 to 18 months in business.
Natalia Shvarts Community Builder of the Year
Caremark has also been shortlisted for Natalia Shvarts Community Builder of the Year. This award recognises contribution to the franchise sector and to local communities across the UK.
One strong example is Caremark’s 20 Acts of Care and Care for a Wish initiatives. These were launched nationally to mark the brand’s 20th anniversary. Franchise offices and head office teams took part in acts of care, granted wishes to customers, volunteered and raised funds for charity.
Together, these initiatives generated over 1.2 billion PR impressions while delivering real social impact in local communities.
Within franchising, Caremark encourages collaboration and shared learning. Franchise owners regularly share best practice through regional meetings, growth hubs, quality clinics and annual conferences. Caremark also supports the wider franchise community through active involvement with the British Franchise Association, including speaking at industry events and sharing insight beyond its own network.
HSBC Exceptional Franchise Performance of the Year
Caremark has also been shortlisted for HSBC Exceptional Franchise Performance of the Year, one of the most respected Elite Franchise awards.
This category recognises consistent, high-quality performance across a brand. It is not about short-term growth or one-off results.
Caremark’s shortlist is backed by strong network performance, including 20% year-on-year growth from 2023 to 2024 and continued expansion to 150 offices.
Importantly, this growth has been achieved while maintaining strong support and quality oversight. Caremark operates with a 1:2.5 support staff-to-franchise owner ratio. This includes Regional Support Managers, Quality Managers, marketing specialists and data teams. Franchise owners receive hands-on guidance across compliance, people management, marketing and growth.
Looking ahead to the EF100 finals on 12 March 2026
The EF100 finals on 12 March 2026 will bring together leading UK franchise brands to celebrate achievement across the sector. While awards evenings focus on winners, being shortlisted for three Elite Franchise awards already reflects the strength of Caremark’s model.
This recognition is built on how the business operates day to day, how franchise owners are supported and how care is delivered in local communities across the UK.
Caremark looks forward to the EF100 finals and to continuing to build a franchise network that performs strongly, innovates responsibly and contributes positively to the wider franchise community.
