Caremark Franchise Network Growth Leads to New Support Roles

Caremark has strengthened its Franchise Support Centre with four key roles. It marks another step in the continued development of its growing franchise network.
The new roles span HR, regional support, systems and data. These areas sit at the heart of running a successful home care franchise network. As Caremark supports more offices across the UK, it is investing in the specialist expertise needed to keep franchise owners connected, informed and well supported.
The appointments include Sara Bryony Langford as HR Coordinator, Craig Stockton as Regional Support Manager for Region 6, Michael Sumray as Senior Systems Support and Data Analyst, and Elaine Allen as Franchise Systems Manager.
A stronger people function for a people-led sector
Sara Bryony Langford has joined Caremark as HR Coordinator.
Home care depends on strong teams at every level. From care assistants and office teams to regional and central support, people are at the centre of how the business runs.
Sara’s role adds dedicated HR coordination at the Franchise Support Centre level. This strengthens the internal function behind the network and gives Caremark greater capacity to support the people side of the business as it continues to develop.
Closer regional support for franchise owners
Craig Stockton has joined as the Regional Support Manager for Region 6.
Regional support plays an important role in Caremark’s model because every office operates in a real local market. Franchise owners are building teams, developing relationships, marketing their business, and growing services in their own communities.
Craig’s appointment adds further strength to that regional layer. It gives franchise owners in Region 6 a dedicated route into guidance that understands their area and the realities of running a local care business.
Better data to guide a larger network
Michael Sumray has joined as Senior Systems Support and Data Analyst.
His role focuses on helping Caremark offices get the most from the systems they use every day. This includes:
- onboarding new offices onto key systems
- training teams on new platform
- providing ongoing support when franchise owners and their teams need guidance.
Strong systems only work when people feel confident using them. Michael’s role helps make that happen.
A dedicated focus on franchise systems
Elaine Allen has joined as Franchise Systems Manager.
Her role focuses on the compliance and governance behind Caremark’s franchise model, including the franchise agreement and operations manual.
As a franchise network grows, consistency becomes even more important. Franchise owners need clear standards, shared expectations and a model that protects the strength of the brand across every local office.
What these roles say about Caremark’s next stage
These appointments mark a positive step in Caremark’s wider franchise strategy. The Franchise Support Centre is becoming more specialist, with roles that reflect the needs of a larger and more established home care franchise brand.
Each role has a clear place within the Franchise Support Centre. And, each one strengthens the support available to franchise owners in a different way.
For new franchise owners, that means joining a network with more specialist support behind the early stages of training, onboarding and launch. For established franchise owners, it means the central team continues to build capacity around the areas that shape long-term performance.
