On 6 November at the HSBC British Franchise Association awards, we were named Franchisor of the Year – Established. It is the top honour in UK franchising and a landmark moment in our 20th year. What is the HSBC BFA Franchisor of the Year?

Franchisor of the Year sits at the heart of the BFA’s annual awards programme, often called the Oscars of franchising by industry press. An independent panel examines multiple franchises for their brand’s ethics, performance, support, innovation and leadership.

For the Established category, eligibility is reserved for mature networks with up-to-date BFA accreditation and submitted P&L accounts from franchise owners. From there, the judges compare evidence across the shortlist. In our case, we were judged best in class from a strong lineup of brands, which strengthens our position among the best franchises to own.
