The promoter of this prize draw is Caremark Ltd.
The prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Caremark Ltd, Caremark Franchise Owners, or anyone professionally connected with the survey or prize draw.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Duplicate, incomplete or automated entries may be removed.
The winner will receive a Holiday Voucher to the value of £700. The winner will be contacted to arrange the booking.
The prize cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
The prize draw will open on 29 July 2026 and close at 10:30am on 19 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided within 7 working days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Caremark reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Personal data collected for the prize draw will be used solely for administering the prize draw and contacting the winner. It will not be used for marketing unless separate consent has been given. Please see the Survey Privacy Policy for further details.
Survey responses will be used for research analysis and will not be reported in a way that identifies individual participants.
Caremark will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Caremark accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical issues or any reason outside its reasonable control.
Caremark reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
