Caremark is a franchised business, where local Caremark centres are owned and operated by independent businesses licensed by Caremark Ltd as franchisees. To enter you into our prize draw, we need to collect some information from you, such as:

Your name, email address and phone number
Age bracket and where you live
Your answers and opinions given in the survey

If you do not enter the optional prize draw, you do not need to provide your name or contact details.

What We Use It For

We will use your survey answers to help us understand how people respond to Caremark’s brand messages, website pricing information and new care service ideas. This will help us improve how we communicate with people looking for care and support at home.

If you choose to enter the optional prize draw, we will use your name, email address and phone number to administer the prize draw and contact the winner.

Survey responses will be used for research analysis and will not be reported in a way that identifies you.

We are doing this under our legitimate interest to carry out market research and improve how Caremark communicates its services to people who may be looking for care at home.

Your information will be shared with Microsoft, as the survey is hosted on Microsoft Forms. We will not share your personal data with any other third party, inside or outside of the UK, unless required to do so by law.

We will keep your personal data for 6 months, after which point we will securely delete it.
