We are always incredibly grateful when we receive positive feedback on our service. This comes from the families of our clients and professionals we work with in Rotherham and Sheffield.
The following comments were made recently, either via our client, staff and professional feedback and communication survey. Alternatively, they were received through homecare.co.uk, the UK’s largest home care review website.
They are consistently responsive
‘Caremark staff have consistently been responsive to the needs of the young people in their care. Commitment with the team is straightforward and management are approachable and timely in their responses. Concerns and queries are addressed promptly which support effective joint working. Caremark supervisors also make a conscious effort to build positive and trusting relationships with parents. This approach helps parents feel listened to and reassured. As a result, this enables them to openly share concerns and work collaboratively with the service in the best interests of their children‘ – PO, Sheffield City Council, Children with Disabilities.
‘I have known staff at Caremark for some time and the support they give to our families is valuable. If there are any updates needed for the care they provide they apply this as soon as they can. They are involved within our reviews and give a good oversight of what is working well. He loves his Support Workers
‘During the Easter school holidays, N was taken out a couple of times by his Support Workers and he was taken to parks, for food and a lovely walk. Both times he came home and tired. He had a lovely time and loves his Support Workers’ – MS, mother of client
Our son C was a recluse for 14 months, refusing to go to school or leave the house & with many hours of rehabilitation from Caremark they got him going out in the community again and back to school which was amazing work.
In the last year, with hard work from the Support Workers he is a very confident and independent young man who can’t wait for them to return to spend time with him. They are all amazing and I know any parent with a child with additional needs will be very anxious about leaving your child with a stranger at first but i can reassure them that the Caremark staff are all well trained for our child’s needs.

Caremark really understand my son’s needs
