Caremark North Herts & Stevenage Sponsors Rainbow Run

This is the 4th year that Caremark North Herts and Stevenage have sponsored the blue paint station at the Rainbow Run. In fact, it’s a point of pride each year when Caremark sponsors the Rainbow Run. 2026 was a big success for fun and fundraising; in fact, Rainbow Run 2026 was a runaway success! Helping to raise over £20,000 for Lister Hospital Children’s Ward, hundreds of runners joined us on 28th June at Letchworth Rugby Club. Games, refreshments, music, and more were present to support the cause. Caremark’s presence has inspired even more participants each year.
Runners ran either 5k or 2.5k and were showered in colourful paint as they ran through the colour stations. Caremark North Herts and Stevenage’s annual sponsorship of the blue station was as popular as ever. Staff, business partners and their families all took part in the run, bringing together our community of carers and supporters. Therefore, Caremark sponsors of Rainbow Run 2026 continue to create lasting memories for attendees.

Fun and Games at Rainbow Run 2026
The games stall on the day from Caremark North Herts and Stevenage was remarkably popular. ‘Plinko’ and Guess the Name of the Bear were for £1 entry, all proceeds went to the charity. The stall added to the festival feel of the Rainbow Run 2026 experience and complemented the on-course energy. Additionally, Caremark sponsors of Rainbow Run 2026 support these fun initiatives and boost fundraising efforts.
Marketing Manager Sharon Stevens built the Plinko game with plywood she fished out of a skip. Reclaimed rainbow coloured canvas and drinking cups from the office. The game was so popular she could not keep up with the queues. Children loved it and they won goodie bags filled to the brim with snacks. This hands-on creativity echoed the community-driven spirit of the event, showing how volunteers and partners will go the extra mile. Business Partners Chris Burniston of Chic Marketing and Polly Joseph of Elevare Learning also supported the day, adding further momentum to a 5k color run that continues to draw anyone looking for a colour run near me for a fun, family-friendly cause.
Caremark’s Community Impact
As part of the broader mission, funds raised at this Rainbow Run 2026 will help enhance care and experiences for young patients at the Lister Hospital Children’s Ward. With continued support from the East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity and local businesses, rainbow run 2026 was a runaway success, not just in numbers but in community impact. The energy of the day with paint, music, games and camaraderie have all helped shape the success and growth of this community celebration.
