Perfect review scores
Perfect review scores from our customers have resulted in Caremark Kirklees being named as one of the top 20 recommended providers in the Yorkshire and Humber region – for the second consecutive year.
We are the only company in the area to make the prestigious list compiled by homecare.co.uk – the UK’s leading home care reviews website.
Only the reviews made either by customers or their families are taken into consideration when the awards are compiled and this year we went one better by achieving a perfect review score of 10 out of 10. In 2022, it scored 9.9 out of 10.
Among those who left reviews in the 12-month qualifying period were Jane, whose mum Jean, receives care from Caremark.
She said: “Caremark are a friendly, efficient, and well-organised company with high recruitment and training standards which means we have been very happy with all of Mum’s care.
“Not only has Mum benefitted enormously from the care services offered, as a family we have been relieved of so much stress. We are happy that she is safe, secure, and happy in the hands of the Caremark staff.”
Kay, whose mum Betty is a Caremark customer, said: “Thank you all so very much for your care and efforts to get everything right for my mother. She is a happy woman with fantastic support and carers who are familiar with her and her health changes and make her feel special, respected, and cared for. Real teamwork.”
And customer Terri Milligan said: I love all my carers. They make a massive impact on my life. My days are so much better, and I feel I can cope more!
The 2023 homecare.co.uk Top 20 Home Care Awards are based on over 21,500 reviews by people receiving home care as well as their friends and family between 1st June 2022 and 31st May 2023. People are asked to rate companies from very poor to excellent in six key areas – overall standard of care, staff, management, care and support, dignity, and value for money.
Each review is then verified before a score is applied to give a provider a rating out of ten.
