About the Role:
As a care assistant in Lambeth, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one care in customers’ homes, respecting their individuality and promoting independence. You’ll travel within Lambeth, delivering care and support as agreed between the customer and Caremark Lambeth.
You will play a vital role in supporting people who need additional help due to age, illness, disability, or long-term health conditions. The care you provide is equal to what a family member would offer, with the added benefit of full training and quality standards.
As a Care Assistant in Lambeth, you will be supporting with:
- Washing, bathing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Prompting and support with medication
- Support with daily routines and wellbeing
- Respite services
- Companionship
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access their local community
We’re Looking For People who have:
- A caring, kind, and sensitive nature
- Reliability, organisation, and self‑motivation
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of care
- Full UK driving licence – this is helpful but not necessary
- Experience welcome but not essential – full training is provided
