Christianah Akpojivi
Managing Director
Christianah Akpojivi is equipped with extensive institutional and practical experience in care. Having worked in various Health and Social Care Sectors for 24 years, she has diligently promoted independence for those using the social care service. Christianah enjoys all aspects of social care from recruiting, training to the provision of care and auditing the care. She strives to provide the highest quality of care to individuals receiving care. Christianah manages the finances and overseas the operations of the business. Christianah’s passion for caring and empathy for vulnerable people, motivated her to venture in to setting up Caremark (Lambeth). She is selfless, caring and dynamic and has a penchant for high quality and detail which are attributes that will ensure delivery of efficient, effective and excellent care service to our customers and service users.

Demilade Onanuga
Care Manager
Demi is a dedicated Care Manager with a strong background in healthcare leadership, compliance, and operations. With hands-on experience as a Care Coordinator and office administrator, he has developed a well-rounded understanding of service delivery, team development, and stakeholder engagement.
He holds a Master’s degree and professional certifications in Human Resources Management, Project Management, and Health, Safety & Environment. Demi blends strategic planning with people-focused leadership to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care that meets CQC standards and supports individual wellbeing.
From overseeing Field Care Supervisors to leading audits, safeguarding, and staff training, he brings structure, compassion, and accountability to every aspect of care. He also works closely with social workers, commissioning teams, and families to maintain excellent standards of support for clients.
Fun Fact: Demi is a passionate Chelsea supporter and plays football as a centre-back — he proudly claims a solid footballing IQ! His favourite player is John Terry, but when it comes to the Messi vs. Ronaldo debate? He’s Team Messi all the way!

Samuel Asadeji
Care Coordinator
Samuel holds a BSc in Computer Science and a degree in Data Analysis, bringing a unique mix of analytical thinking and compassion to his role as Care Coordinator.
He is responsible for matching clients with the right care and support workers, ensuring our clients receive tailored, high-quality care. Samuel maintains close communication with the care team and Field Care Supervisors to keep everything running smoothly and effectively.
With hands-on experience as a Support Worker, Samuel is trained in medication administration, moving and handling, infection control, PEG feeding, and supporting clients with autism. He is known for his adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Samuel is a sports and music enthusiast. You’ll often find him on the football or basketball court — or playing instruments like the keyboard and bass guitar.

Grace Nyirenda
Field Care Supervisor
With many years of experience in health and social care, Grace brings deep knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to her role. She supports care compliance in the community and acts as a vital link between vulnerable adults and their loved ones.
Grace works closely with partners including district nurses, GPs, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, equipment providers, and complex health teams such as Nutricia Nursing, the Community Mental Health Team, Alzheimer’s Society, AGE UK, DASL, and local day centres and colleges.
Her background spans learning disabilities, elderly care, residential support, and specialist end-of-life care. She also has experience providing respite for family carers, helping them take well-deserved breaks.
Grace holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Adults and a Level 3 Award in Learning Disabilities and End of Life Care.
Fun Fact: Grace enjoys spending her free time at the theatre and loves a good live performance.

Cedric Messias
Field Care Supervisor
Cedric joined the company in 2020 as a member of the community care team and, through commitment and a strong work ethic, progressed into his current leadership role.
He supports the coordination and supervision of care delivery, working closely with Care Support Workers to ensure services are consistent, professional, and person-centred. Cedric plays a key role in maintaining care quality, supporting new staff, and contributing to the overall development of the team.
He is passionate about the work Caremark does and is committed to helping the organisation grow into one of the leading care providers in the region.
Fun Fact: Cedric is a big music fan and enjoys exploring the local music scene in his spare time. He also loves spending quality time with friends and family.

Oluwagbenga Coker
Field Care Supervisor
Coker is an experienced and dedicated Field Care Supervisor with over six years of experience supporting vulnerable adults in healthcare. Known for his compassionate and attentive approach, he prioritises the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual in his care — always striving to bring a smile to their face.
With a strong blend of practical skills and sector knowledge, Coker effectively manages and coordinates care in the community, ensuring each person receives high-quality, personalised support.
He is committed to maintaining Caremark’s standards of excellence and plays an active role in supporting both clients and care staff on a daily basis.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Coker enjoys reading and watching documentary films. He’s always looking to expand his understanding of the world and stay inspired.

Amy Helps
Field Care Supervisor
Amy has worked her way up in the Care Sector over the last 3 years. She started as a Care Assistant moving on to Senior Carer which then developed into a Field Supervisor role and will continue to work hard to ensure that Caremark Lambeth continues to deliver high quality care in the community.
