Our first fabulous care assistant is Salmoon
For his quick thinking and life-saving actions during a recent customer visit! 🙌
Whilst attending to a customer, Salmoon noticed that they were struggling to breathe. Acting fast, he worked with the family to reposition the customer and used his basic life support training to administer back blows. Thanks to his swift response, the customer began to cough, expelled the water, and was soon breathing normally again.
Salmoon stayed with the customer to ensure he was safe, settled, and comfortable before moving on. His calm, professional, and compassionate approach made all the difference in a critical moment. 💙

Our second is Manpreet
Whose dedication makes a life-changing impact
Huge appreciation for Manpreet, whose patience and compassion have made a real difference in the life of a customer with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
This individual, who struggles with severe self-neglect and refuses support from family or carers, was initially unwilling to accept any help. But Manpreet didn’t give up. Using her own initiative, empathy, and perseverance, she built a trusting relationship – breaking down barriers that had been in place for a long time.
Thanks to her efforts, the customer now accepts fluids and food from her, a major step toward improving their well-being. 💕
