Exceptional Care in a Difficult Situation

Oluwa, one of our experienced care assistants had to deal with an extremely difficult situation when she visited one of our customers who had passed away during the night, Oluwa called the relevant emergency services and stayed at the customers until family members arrived and the situation was calm and under control. We had excellent feedback from the family and the emergency services about the way Oluwa had handled the situation. In the photo you can see Oluwa receiving some recognition of the great work she does, we are extremely proud of Oluwa and really pleased to have her as part of our team.
