Meet The Team
Robert Johnstone
Managing Director
Robert worked for many well known Retailers over the last 30 years including B&Q and Superdrug and more recently was employed as the Operations Director for B&Q’s parent company Kingfisher in Russia. He wanted to open his own business and do something completely different. Robert’s wife and mother in law both worked in home care and he found himself being excited by the opportunity of setting up a new business where he could give something back to the community by looking after people in their own homes and giving them a better quality of life through a well trained and caring team of care assistants.
Tracey Johnstone
Director
Working in care for several years and being passionate about delivering the best standards of professional care and support it made sense for Tracey and her husband to open a home care business where they can offer services to the local community. Given the growing need for home care Tracey is looking forward to ensuring the customers of Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire get the level of service they deserve.
Jasmine Parnham
Care Manager
Jasmine joined Caremark in July 2020 after always wanting to work in healthcare. She is passionate about providing high quality home care and ensuring people can remain happy and comfortable in their own homes. Jasmine was delighted to be offered the opportunity of becoming Care Manager as it allows her to continue working with both customers and care assistants to make sure Caremark provide the best service possible.
Mel Palmer
Care Coordinator
Mel has over 10 years care experience in both office and field roles and her real passion is looking after people. Mel has built up a great rapport with many of our customers and is now doing a great job in the office where she can influence and look after all of our customers.
