Swindon Care Company Appoint Field Care Supervisor

The team in Swindon has been further strengthened with the appointment of Elaine Kearns as our Field Care Supervisor to assist our Care Manager.

We are committed to employing people who’s attributes only strengthen our team, pushing us forward in delivering a quality care service that our customers deserve. Elaine is a great appointment for us and has exceeded our expectations by far.

Elaine has worked in health and social care sector for many years. She started as a Care Assistant with no experience. She is now studying for her level 5 in health and social care management diploma. Elaine has held the position of Field Care Supervisor in her previous roles as well as previously being a Care Manager.

For Elaine the enjoyment of meeting new people who need some help and support with every day tasks gives her a great feeling to know that she has possibly make their day a little brighter.

Elaine left the care sector for 9 years after having her daughter but her head and heart was always meant for care so returned in 2015 and haven’t regretted that decision.

“Meeting new care staff and watching them grow into amazing carers is just as rewarding for me as actually being out in the community doing the job myself, I fully support all new care staff and like them to know I’m only a phone call away if they need me.

We are so excited to have Elaine in the team as our Field Care Supervisor. She will soon be out and about meeting as many customers as she can as well as our staff.
