Enhancing his skills

One of our clients, Connor, has been enhancing his skills by building his own den and learning survival tasks with the help of his Support Workers
Connor has been collecting items from family that were no longer wanted and bought some items himself at a very low cost.
He still has a little more work to do to it but is rightfully very proud of what he has achieved so far, saying “I am feeling brilliant.”
This new ‘den’ area is going to be used for his quiet time when he is writing, drawing and playing chess with his Support Worker.
This a great example of how we work closely with our clients and their families to ensure we match activities to people’s likes, hobbies and interests and encourage independence.
Keep up the great work Connor, this looks amazing and everyone at Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield is proud of you.
