Since joining Caremark in December 2012, Charlene has become a cherished part of our organisation. Additionally, over time, her role in the community grew into a 13‑year journey shaped by compassion and resilience. Throughout this journey, her commitment to the people of Oldham has guided every step of her career.
Charlene began as a Care Support Worker, where her kindness and reliability shone through. Supporting customers in their own homes gave her a clear understanding of what families need. As she moved into coordination, recruitment, administration and later Deputy Manager, Charlene brought calmness and empathy to every challenge. Today, as Registered Manager, Charlene leads with heart. She understands every role because she has lived every role. Along the way, she has learned the pressures, the joys and the moments that stay with you. As a result, her leadership is grounded, compassionate and deeply respected.
