Since joining Caremark in December 2012, Charlene has become a cherished part of our organisation. Additionally, over time, her role in the community grew into a 13‑year journey shaped by compassion and resilience. Throughout this journey, her commitment to the people of Oldham has guided every step of her career.
Charlene began as a Care Support Worker, where her kindness and reliability shone through. Supporting customers in their own homes gave her a clear understanding of what families need. As she moved into coordination, recruitment, administration and later Deputy Manager, Charlene brought calmness and empathy to every challenge.
