Caremark Liverpool is thrilled to announce its selection as a finalist in three categories in the Stars of Social Care Awards: the Awesome Administrator Award, the Head of People Award and the Outstanding Contribution to Home Care Award. These nominations reflect the company’s commitment to delivering high quality home care services and the contribution that individuals have made within the care industry.

The Stars of Social Care Awards celebrate remarkable contributions and achievements within the social care sector, recognising organisations and individuals who demonstrate dedication, compassion, and excellence in their roles.

As a finalist for the Awesome Administrator Award, Caremark Liverpool’s Amelia Wallaceisrecognisedfor her work which has significantly enhanced the quality and efficiency of the service’s operations. The home care business put Amelia forward for this award as her approach to problem-solving and commitment to her team has been key to preventing potential issues arising. Amelia’s nomination describes her passion for her work which is demonstrated through volunteering, assisting colleagues, and taking the initiative to implement improvements.

The criteria for the Stars of Social Care Head of People Award considers those who have successfully implemented employee wellbeing strategies and created a positive workplace culture where staff are valued and at the forefront of business decisions. Field Care Supervisor Beth Hughes has made the finalists for this award for her compassion and leadership. Her nomination mentions her dedication to the organisation’s values and how she ensures that each member of the care team feels valued, heard, and empowered to achieve in their role.

Care Manager Sarah Crease is finalist in the Outstanding Contribution to Home Care Award category which celebrates a dedication to improving the lives of others and an outstanding contribution to the field of home care. With over 20 years of service in the sector, Sarah Crease’s nomination details how she embodies the values of empathy and compassion and inspires her team. Sarah has put in place initiatives which have positively impacted the business’s delivery of care and built strong connections with her customers and throughout the community.
