Valentine’s Day

Love was truly in the air this Valentine’s Day, but we decided to celebrate it in a slightly different way this year. We took the opportunity to appreciate the incredible bond we share as colleagues and friends. It was a heartwarming experience to see everyone come together to recognise those who have shown exceptional kindness and support to their fellow colleagues.

We received many nominations, all highlighting the amazing acts of compassion and teamwork that happen every single day, here at Caremark Hull, East Riding, York & Selby. We’d like to say a really big thank you to all of our colleagues. They show dedication, kindness and support to others and our wonderful clients. They truly make a difference in the lives of those they care for.

In other exciting news, we are thrilled to announce that our very own Leja Sleiniute has been named the Digital and Creative Apprentice of the Year at Hull College! Leja’s passion, creativity and hard work have been instrumental in increasing our marketing efforts! Innovative and creative social media content and campaigns have captivated our audience. We couldn’t be prouder of all that you have accomplished and this recognition is truly well-deserved.

Let’s not forget to celebrate our Marketing Excellence Award win as well, an incredible achievement for our team.

We launched our EM Group!

Last but certainly not least, we have launched of our EM Group, a dedicated space within our organisation to support our colleagues from diverse ethnic backgrounds. It was a successful launch with 26 attendees joining us both online and in person. It was fantastic to see us all coming together and enjoy some delicious and spicy Nigerian cuisine! We are excited for more session to come!

As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, let’s remember to cherish the bonds we share, celebrate our achievements, and embrace the diversity that makes us stronger together.
