In an inspiring display of dedication and care, the team at Caremark Hinckley Bosworth Blaby & Leicester went the extra mile to ensure the well-being of one of their clients’ beloved pets. When the carer noticed that Chico, a cherished budgie in their care, was not feeling well, they immediately informed the office.

Jo Caney, the Registered Manager and Hayley Bourne, a compassionate team member, sprang into action. Recognising the urgency of the situation, they wasted no time in contacting local avian vets to secure an appointment for Chico.

Despite the challenge of finding an available slot, Jo and Hayley persevered and successfully booked a visit to the avian vets. However, the appointment fell on a day when our carer Sharnie was scheduled to have time off.

Undeterred by the obstacle, our carer Sharnie selflessly volunteered to take Chico to the vet on their day off. This act of kindness and devotion to their job and the well-being of our client’s pet exemplifies the exceptional level of care that the Caremark Hinckley Bosworth Blaby & Leicester team is known for.
