Sunil Keshwala
Managing Director
Sunil has a degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Chemistry. He has spent a number of years working within Quality, Analytical and Developmental functions within the Pharmaceutical and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. He has excellent knowledge of developing and implementing Quality Management Systems which have been verified by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency and International Organization for Standardisation.

Visha Keshwala
Managing Director
Visha has a degree in (LLB) Law. She has extensive knowledge of the Care Industry gained through many years of working as a carer in Care Homes and Domiciliary Care. Her aim in life has always been to help others and that’s exactly what she strives to achieve in her role as a Registered Care Manager / Director. Her Passion and Ambition for the Care Industry will be an Invaluable Asset to our Service Users and Staff.

Joanne Caney
Registered Care Manager
Jo joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in February 2016, bringing dedication and a passion for high-quality care. Her commitment to excellence saw her quickly progress through the roles of Field Care Supervisor and Care Co-Ordinator before becoming a Care Manager. In 2018, she achieved the position of Registered Care Manager, where she continues to lead with expertise and compassion.
With over 26 years of experience in Early Years and Adult Care, Jo is a highly motivated leader who is dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes for both customers and care teams. She brings a wealth of knowledge, positivity, and professionalism, helping to create a supportive and person-centered care environment.

Hayley Bourne
HR & Finance Manager
Hayley has dedicated over 20 years to the care industry, building a career driven by her passion for delivering high-quality support. She began her journey as a Care Assistant, where she found immense fulfillment in helping customers maintain their independence and live with dignity in their own homes.
As her career progressed, Hayley took on leadership roles, becoming a Team Leader and later a Registered Care Manager—positions she loved for the opportunity to empower customers to shape their own care and support.
In June 2018, Hayley joined the growing team at Caremark Hinckley, Bosworth, Blaby & Leicester. As Office Manager, her role is dynamic, allowing her to stay connected with customers while also contributing to the smooth running of operations.
With hands-on experience as both a carer and a leader, Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and expertise to the team. Her dedication to high-quality care and her ability to support both customers and staff make her an invaluable part of Caremark.

Erin Sadler
Office Administrator
Erin joined Caremark in 2024 as our Office Administrator and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Although new to the role, she brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong willingness to learn. Erin is passionate about supporting both customers and carers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
With a keen eye for organisation and a friendly approach, Erin plays a vital role in maintaining records, assisting with office operations, and providing essential support to the team. Her commitment to care shines through in her positive attitude and eagerness to make a difference.

Tracy Gritt
Field Care Supervisor
Tracy brings a wealth of experience to Caremark, having worked as a Care Coordinator, Trainer, and now returning to the role of Field Care Supervisor. She first joined Caremark in October 2017 as an FCS and has since built extensive expertise in care, special needs, and early years support.
Holding a degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Level 3 certificate in Health and Social Care, Tracy is deeply passionate about helping people and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Her dedication shines through in her commitment to going the extra mile for both customers and carers, always demonstrating compassion and empathy in her work.
In addition to her frontline experience, Tracy has also contributed to the Caremark (Hinckley, Bosworth, Blaby & Leicester) office team, assisting with rota management and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations.

Amelia Atkin
Field Care Supervisor
Amelia joined Caremark in 2023 as a Care Coordinator and has since progressed into the role of Field Care Supervisor. With a strong passion for making a difference in people’s lives, she is dedicated to ensuring that customers receive the highest standard of care while supporting carers to feel valued and empowered in their roles.
Amelia thrives in a fast-paced environment, using her organisational skills and compassionate nature to provide seamless care coordination. Her commitment to delivering person-centred care is evident in everything she does, always going above and beyond to support both customers and the care team.
