Happiness Happens Month is a whole month dedicated to celebrating what makes you happy. It is based on the premise that happiness is unlimited and contagious and that sharing one’s happiness can bring a lot of joy in other people’s lives.
Happiness Happens is an organisation started by a group called the Secret Society of Happy People. The society was founded by Pamela Gail Johnson in August 1998. Its aim was to celebrate and embrace happiness in each and every form. Pamela felt happiness was not talked about enough and people did not know how to express their feelings. The group wanted to create a positive environment and encouraged their members to share fun stories and moments they cherished.
We have a very happy team – you can meet them here!
