Feedback
Our Training Manager, Kafilat Badmus, teaches the our in depth induction programme in house. Care assistants are fully prepared by the end of the training and their feedback is always appreciated.
“Everything was well explained and I enjoyed the practical demonstrations with detailed instructions on what to do. Overall, it was very good!”
TG – New Care Assistant
“It was interesting, engaging and educational. Kafilat did a fabulous job; almost didn’t want her to stop! Luckily, it is a continuous process, I’m looking forward to learning more in the future.”
SOA – New Care Assistant
SOA sent further compliments to the training and said, “It was a 10/10 and interesting training session with Kafilat! You smashed it!!” It doesn’t cost anything to express gratitude to someone on something positive and these comments give us motivation to keep up our gold standard!
