Sharon, a seasoned professional with a robust background as an Operations Manager at Royal Mail, brings a wealth of valuable management expertise to the table. In 2011, she took the initiative to establish Caremark Bromley, and since then, she has played a pivotal role in steering the company through a remarkable trajectory of growth and success.

Rosemarie Duncan
Registered Care Manager
As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. These are all the qualities that Rosemarie possesses as a great manager and leader. upholding quality and business development as per CQC standards.
Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Over a 20 years span, Rosemarie has transcended from domiciliary care worker to manager of the company she started with, to Registered Manager at Caremark Bromley which delivers over 5000 weekly hours.
Rosemarie’s most recent achievement is establishing a service for children and young people with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. looking after 47 children since launching 3 years ago.

Field Care Supervisor
Alice Njeru, a committed Field Care Supervisor with over a year at our company, brings extensive experience working with young people. Alice’s compassionate approach and dedication to improving the lives of her clients make her an essential member of our team, ensuring comprehensive and personalized care for every individual.

Field Care Supervisor
Donna brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a Field Care Supervisor, drawing on her extensive experience working within the NHS. Her background makes her an invaluable source of knowledge and guidance for her Care Assistants, ensuring they deliver the highest standard of care. Donna’s leadership and commitment to excellence inspire her team to provide compassionate and professional support to those in their care.

Queeneth Eze
Compliance Offier
Queeneth began her journey with Caremark Bromley in 2019 as a dedicated support worker. Drawing on her years of experience, she now focuses on ensuring records are kept to a high standard and that all care workers are following the correct procedures.

Sara Saragdin
Children Field Care Supervisor
Sara has dedicated most of her professional career to working with children, bringing a wealth of experience as a teacher and a trained Special Educational Needs (SEN) specialist. Her expertise lies in creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child can thrive, regardless of their unique challenges. Sara’s compassionate approach and deep understanding of children’s needs have made her a trusted and impactful educator and advocate for SEN support.

Kafilat Badmus
Recruitment and Training Manager
Kafilat is our Training and Recruitment Manager. She began her career with Caremark as a care coordinator and has worked the field getting to know our customers.
Prior to joining Caremark, Kafilat worked for 16 years in HR and as a retail induction trainer for M&S. This helped her as she became the training manager, holding fun and engaging training sessions on a weekly basis.
In Kafilat’s words, working in care has been the most rewarding job she has ever had.

Ajay Reetun
Marketing Administrator
Ajay has worked with the company since 2020. He has previously worked in Customer Service but after the Covid lockdown realised his passion was to be helping others.
Ajay started as a Care and Support worker, learning what it means to work in Health and Social care with Caremark Bromley’s variety of service users. Due to his previous experience, he was then invited to work as Care Coordinator but is now working in marketing.

Oreoluwa Adekanmbi, is a passionate advocate for people and providing care to others. She holds a Masters degree in Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy from the University of Buckingham. UK. Her love for diplomacy stems from her fascination with the complexities of global politics and the desire to create a positive change. As a solution-focused individual, Oreoluwa is committed to finding practical and sustainable solutions to various social and healthcare issues. Her passion for helping people is evident in her previous work with various organizations, including her previous role as a healthcare assistant . Oreoluwa’s dedication to providing health care and community service has earned her adequate exposure and experience, and she continues to be inspired towards making a difference in the world. Oreoluwa is currently the Care Coordinator for the Orpington area .
