Gary McCaw – November “Star of the Month Award”

Our Caremark NI “Star of the Month Award” is awarded to Gary McCaw, who has been a great asset to our team!

Here is Gary’s journey with Caremark NI so far:

“Before I started at Caremark NI I was a maintenance engineer and worked in factories. I then went on to care for my father for 15 years. In 2020, I was semi-retired and someone suggested working in care because of the personal experience I had with my father.”

“At first I was not sure that my skills would be transferable in the community, but once I got started my confidence grew and I was able to excel in my role.
Caremark is a great company that I really enjoy working for!”
