What You’ll Be Doing:
- Offering companionship – from friendly conversation to helping make the day memorable
- Supporting independence at home – meal preparation, light household help, and daily routines
- Assisting with personal care and medication where required
- Enabling access to the community – shopping, social activities, clubs, or appointments
- Building strong, lasting professional connections with regular customers
- Maintaining accurate records
- Communicating clearly with team members
- Delivering outstanding, safe, and effective service
No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing mentoring to ensure you feel confident in your role.
