Caremark NI Celebrates Its Team at Annual Awards and Family Funday
The Caremark NI Annual Staff Awards and Family Funday was a proud and memorable occasion for everyone involved. It brought together colleagues, family and friends to celebrate the dedication, compassion and commitment of our remarkable team. The event was held on 31st August at Elim Church in Bangor. It was an opportunity to recognise those who make a difference every single day. This was especially visible during the Team Annual Awards at Caremark NI. The event reflected the strong community spirit that defines Caremark NI.
Honouring Dedication and Achievement
We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Bangor, Councillor Craig Blaney. He joined us to present awards to our deserving winners and congratulate them personally. His presence made the occasion even more special. This underlined just how important the Team Annual Awards at Caremark NI are to the local community.
As part of the celebrations, we recognised our Star of the Year winners from each of the areas we cover. These awards celebrate team members who have gone above and beyond in their roles. The winners have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the people they support and to the values of Caremark NI. Recognising Long Service and Commitment
Beyond celebrating excellence, this year’s event also recognised long-service milestones among our dedicated staff. Team members celebrating five and ten years with Caremark NI were honoured for their loyalty and dedication to the organisation. These important milestones reflect the commitment and passion of our team. They also show the deep sense of purpose that lies at the heart of everything we do.
A Day of Pride, Fun and Community
Following the awards ceremony, the celebrations continued with a fantastic family funday. This gave colleagues the opportunity to spend time together outside of their usual working environment.
There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, with bouncy castles, face painting, candy floss, sweets and a variety of other activities creating a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day. With delicious food and refreshments also available, colleagues and their families were able to enjoy themselves and make the most of the celebrations. As a result, the Team Annual Awards at Caremark NI serve not only to reward success. They also build lasting memories and relationships.
The funday was a wonderful opportunity to catch up and celebrate the achievements of their fellow team members. It was a day that highlighted the importance of community and togetherness within Caremark NI.
