Welcome to our new FCS

We are pleased to welcome Debbie Redshaw to the Caremark Warwick team. Debbie joined the business last week as our new Field Care Supervisor.

Debbie has worked in Care since she left school in 1985, starting out as a Carer in a Nursing Home.  Since 1997, Debbie has worked in Domiciliary Care making her way up to being a Care Co-ordinator.  Debbie has a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care as well Level 2 awards in Team Leading & Counselling.

Debbie, as you would expect from someone who has dedicated their working life to Care is a caring and compassionate person.  Debbie has 3 children and 8 grandchildren and loves spending her spare time with her family or socialising with friends.
