Lovely feedback for the Care Team

This morning, we received some lovely feedback from the family of one of our longest standing Clients who sadly passed away recently.

“We want to convey how much we appreciated the care and compassion all the team at Caremark have shown to Mum and our family over the last two years. The carers enabled Mum to regain her strength and independence after being very poorly in 2021. We appreciated Caremark’s flexibility which allowed Mum to participate as fully as possible in those pastimes and friendships which she valued and enjoyed, whilst giving us the reassurance that Caremark’s carers were around while we were at work ourselves.”

We share all feedback with the Care Team and this is another lovely example of where our fantastic Carers have been able to make a significant impact to the lives of both our Client and their family.
