Training………. Again!

This week, our staff team within the Office have been busy completing their Annual Mandatory Refresher Training, all of our Care and Support Workers complete this training too- alongside the practical classroom session with AJB Training which is conducted every 11-12 months.

As well as this, this week our Clinical Lead Charlotte has also been supervising practical tracheostomy tube changes with our clinically trained staff.

We are also looking at sourcing some fresh Makaton Training in April for our team that work with customers who use this form of communication- watch this space for more info!
